Night Optics USA NO-PVS-14G-3A Generation 3 US Grade A Advanced Multi-purpose Night Vision Goggles Image Intensifier: Generation 3 US Grade A OMNI IV/V/VI/VII. Minimum resolution 64 lp/mm (max 72 lp/mm). Comes with Tube Data Card. Designed for the most demanding nighttime applications this Generation 3 system is based on the military issue AN/PVS-14. The NO-PVS-14 features Automatic Brightness Control with manual override for changes in light conditions Bright Light Protection demist shield a sacrificial window and internal low battery and infrared indicators all packaged in a compact rugged waterproof nitrogen-purged housing. Included in the NO-PVS-14G Mono Goggle package is a fully adjustable semi-rigged padded Mil Spec headgear allowing scope rotation between eyes and extended eye relief. A large selection of optional accessories make the NO-PVS-14 extremely versatile. Detection ranges can be increased by adding to the 1x objective high-resolution 3x or 5x Mil Spec Afocal lenses. To illuminate distant objects several external IR Illuminators are available. A camera/camcorder adaptor attaches the NO-PVS-14 to 35 mm SLR cameras and camcorders for nighttime use. For azimuth a magnetic compass can be attached to the device to superimpose compass headings on the night vision image. Installed on a Mil Spec weapon mount the NO-PVS-14 adds night vision capabilities to daytime holosights like EoTech or Aimpoint. The Night Optics USA Inc. proprietary (patent pending) Day/Night Adaptor quickly transforms a daytime riflescope into a 24-hour system without loss of weapon zero by allowing quick connection of a NO-PVS-14 to the eye-piece of daytime optics.
